UNIT OUTCOMES

At the completion of this unit, participants should be able to:

Understand and apply the methodology of Project Management in their own workplace context
Organise and scope a Project as well as develop a relevant Project Plan, including assessing risks
Understand the processes of estimating Project costs
Undertake resource allocations including the use of resource loading and levelling techniques, crashing and fast tracking a project
Understand the different reporting requirements for projects, as well as recognising how and when to terminate them.
