ARTHUR ALEXANDER

MBA, Dip.Teaching, BHMSc, Cert.IV.AWT

Arthur has a comprehensive knowledge and experience in organisational change and development across many different types of organisations has earned him contracts with BHP Coal, Suncorp Metway, Ampol Caltex, Queensland Health and Australian Bureau of Statistics. Arthur has a wealth of experience at executive and senior management levels. Today, he is Managing Director, Organisational Consultant for ITAS Consultancy. He previously held positions as Manager, Human Resources and Development for Roche Process Engineering; Group Manager, Organisational Development at Roche Mining; Managing Director of Heart Beat Centre and was a teacher with the Department of Education (QLD).

Arthur is also an accredited workshop presenter for the Myers-Briggs Type Personality Indicator.

CRAIG WILKINS

MPM, Higher Dip. TeleEng, Cert.IV.AWT

Craig Wilkins has over 20 years experience in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry, of which the last 15 years have been in the application of Program and Project Management. Craig has been delivering PMI focused training courses to large global corporate organisations for the past 8 years. In 1999, Craig founded and currently manages his company, based in Australia, providing Program and Project Management consulting and training services to local and multi-national clients.

Craig has vast experience in managing all levels of stakeholder communications, from CIO to technical level. Craig has worked in Africa, the UK, Western and Eastern Europe, Australia, New Zealand and various countries in S.E. Asia. Craig spent a year on the board of the Sydney Chapter of the Project Management Institute, actively promoting Project Management as an ethical profession in Australia.

INGRID VAN DER WOUDE

B.Comm, Cert.IV.AWT

Ingrid has over 20 years experience in roles ranging from owner and operator of a small business to senior human resources professional and training facilitator. Her experience has been developed in a variety of industries, including construction, railways, government, energy and human resource consulting.

Ingrid was an award winning student at university and graduated in the top 10% of students across Australia. In the years since graduating, Ingrid focused on the human resources profession developing her expertise in organisational development, particularly leadership development, organisational behaviour, learning frameworks, learning program design and performance management strategies.

Her key strengths evolve from her understanding of human behaviour and leadership, the development of emotional intelligence, the interaction of people in the workplace and her demonstration and knowledge of effective communication skills.

She enjoys coaching leaders to support their growth and ability to manage complex people issues in the face of rapid change and challenges within organisations. Her practical business experience and commerce degree provide a thorough foundation to support learning opportunities for corporate employees and leaders in interpersonal and communication skills, leadership, behavioural change, team building, human resources and basic business skills. She may also assist organisations with learning needs assessment, learning strategies and program design.

JOHN COULSON

John is a Director of Pivotal Management Consultants Pty Ltd., a Melbourne-based management-consulting firm. He is an experienced trainer and workshop presenter. John has authored competitive tendering, strategic alliances, winning bids and outsourcing self-help training manuals and best practice guidelines.

JOHN MOYNIHAN

B.Bus (Mktg & Advert), Diploma in Architecture, Cert IV Work Place Training, AFAIM

John has held a number of senior roles within the corporate sector, predominantly with a people-oriented training and development focus. This enabled him to delve into course development and facilitation focusing primarily in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Drawing heavily on his extensive practical experiences and specialities in bringing practical solutions through theoretical application, he has developed a number of business-related courses, some of which are nationally accredited.

JOHN SCOTLAND

John has over 17 years of experience consulting with many Australian organizations in the mining, manufacturing, service, health and public sectors. He helps leaders and their people adopt great attitudes, develop and lead their teams, create business plans, manage change and enhance their overall impact on others through innovation and improved communication.

John has many years of on-the-ground experience having led and managed human services, health and consulting organisations, some of which consisted of over 300 staff. He is also a university lecturer specialising in Learning and Development.

KATHY ROZMETA

MBA, MEdu., BA, Cert.IV.AWT

Since 2003, Kathy has been the Director of her own consultancy (KRA) specialising in all aspects of people development.

Prior to that Kathy was the national and global manager for Learning and Development with Coca-Cola Amatil and before that, the ANZ Banking Group. In these roles, Kathy led all aspects of learning and development and in particular leadership and management development, at one stage across eighteen countries in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Before her fifteen years in private enterprise, Kathy worked in the public sector in Staff development, Education and Equal Opportunity. Her career has centered on education and organisational change with a strong leaning to leadership, management and organisational development. Her public sector experience spanned Universities, Statutory authorities and government departments.

Kathy has a Bachelor of Arts, a Masters Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. She won MBA Graduate of the year, awarded by the Australian Institute of Management Consultants following University nomination, for her contribution to the quality of Australian management. She has also won awards for her scripting and production of educational videos.

KEN SALISBURY

Ken has a wealth of consulting experience with organisations both at home and abroad which has made him one of the most engaging and compelling facilitators in the business. He has assisted many companies to focus on their business direction, while developing a shared vision for their organisation's future and success. His breadth of experience with small and large companies enables Ken to be very practical and he has a wonderful ability to present complex topics in an interesting and comprehensible way. He has a very practical, no nonsense approach that is very 'user friendly'.

NEVILLE ALLPORT

BCom, BEd, MBA, Cert.IV.AWT

Neville has a wealth of experience in various teaching and consulting roles within the university and commercial environment. He is currently a business education and management consultant. He works with the Faculty of Business and Enterprise at Swinburne University of Technology as an Associate Professor in Accounting.

PATRICK HOIBERG

Cert.IV.AWT

After completing his tertiary studies at the then Queensland Institute of Technology (now the Queensland University of Technology) in 1970, Patrick commenced work with Price Waterhouse in Brisbane.

In 1974 he was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

In 1978 he was appointed Senior Lecturer in the Department of Accountancy and in 1980 he was awarded a Master of Commerce by the University of Queensland, one of five people in the history of the University to be awarded this honour which is a research based Masters.

In 1985 he left the academic life to commence practice. Patrick's practice is broadly based with business services, auditing and financial training. He is a prominent trainer in Queensland in financially based topics on behalf of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Queensland Master Builders Association, Australian Institute of Management and other bodies.

Patrick's involvement with the Institute started in 1977 when he was appointed to the then Professional Development Committee in Queensland. He has been a State Chairman in Queensland and has chaired the National CPE Committee for a number of years.

In his role as an Executive Committee Member, he has served on the Education, Membership, Careers Marketing, CPE and Quality Control Committees.

Patrick was a Quality Control Reviewer on behalf of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and conducts the Public Practice Program for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Queensland.

Patrick is a Past President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and has been conducting Business Management Courses on behalf of the Queensland Master Builders Association since April 1996.

He is a member of the Board of BIGA Pty Ltd (a group apprenticeship training scheme in the building industry).

PETER FERREIRA

Peter is a Professional Management Consultant and process facilitator, specialising in business and human resources strategies, learning and development, coaching and change management.

He has worked with private and public sector organisations in the fields of manufacturing, financial services, information technology, logistics, sales and marketing and health.

ROB CAROLINE

Rob has worked in the aviation industry for 25 years before establishing own consultancy in 2006. He has held a number of management roles involving operational, business, training and development and project implementation responsibilities. In providing consultancy and facilitation services Rob is able to draw on extensive experience derived from a dynamic business environment, both domestically and internationally. Rob is an engaging and dynamic facilitator with excellent interpersonal skills, who is has a reputation for delivering results.

Rob has lead the management of an operational training unit with a $10million budget and a staff of 110 people. He has also developed and written two day short courses for managers in Business Risk and Strategic Thinking. He has also been the author of the Risk Management module of Chifley Business School’s Certificate IV of Frontline Management and the Diploma of Management. These courses are a part of the new BSB07 Business Skills Package.

TONY HOLMES

Tony is a founding Director of Business Builders Australia Pty Ltd., a managing consulting and training practice established in 1990. As a Certified Management Consultant, Tony has provided a wide range of consultancy services and management skills development courses across a range of industries.

TOR HANSEN

Tor Hansen is an experienced writer, researcher and corporate trainer. Tor has worked for Melbourne, Monash and La Trobe Universities to produce, lecture and assess many different undergraduate courses.

Tor is Director of TechKnowledgey Pty Ltd, a consultancy specialising in the provision of corporate training, communications and management consulting services. As a technical writer, Tor believes in producing documents that focus on the target audience, and on achieving outcomes. Tor is a dynamic and entertaining trainer, who will engage and challenge you to make the most of your learning experience.
