In the modern work environment, team members and managers alike have an important role in building relationships and sharing information within teams. To build effective relationships and work with others to achieve results, you must develop a range of interpersonal and conflict management skills. Participants will practise active-listening and build their communication techniques, learning to use positive and assertive language to express themselves and manage conflict more effectively. This will give participants the skills to build constructive relationships by practising the right balance of assertiveness and empathy, whilst also maintaining a focus on the achievement of business outcomes.
