The Advanced Project Management course takes a holistic approach to determine how to manage project life cycles and scope. This course provides participants with several scientific techniques and formulas to apply when estimating project resources and critical activities. A greater understanding of internal and external influences on projects and how to manage the process, combined with logical structures to manage costs and schedules, will also allow participants to analyse project performance.
